It is a modern build house which lacks a romantic attitude but
it's fully functional. On 140m2 are a large living room area, 3 bedrooms, a bath, a shower and
an eat-in kitchen. The windows in front and back allow a fresh
breeze to cool down the summers. The house is equipped with a
night-current collecting heat system which makes the stay also
in winter time pleasant.
The lush garden with 60m2 is larger than you would expect in a fast growing city. There
are currently a large fig tree and
bougainvillea. The lemon trees
are just giving their first fruit.

This is a large family house with potential of being build higher,
in the centre of the pulsing city of Agios Nikolaos. Although
it is situated on the parallel street and with view to the picturesque
port its access is of a dead end road without through traffic.
A personal parking area underneath the house accommodates easily
three cars.
The building approval and construction plans for increasing the
height for another two stories plus a roof room exist. They will give full view of the lake
and port as is currently from the easily accessible roof veranda.
The house is displayed on almost every postcard depicting the
colourful city. Its painted dolphins on the veranda's staircase housing
are a landmark. There are more copies of
Minoan wall paintings
inside.
Agios Nikolaos' beach is only 200m away, so are port and lake.
All the amenities and offices of the districts capital are within
foot-range.
